Frequently Asked Questions

Our Sunday morning gathering begins at 11:00am and typically lasts 70-75 minutes.

Our church gathers on 12 Mile in Warren, right across from Macomb Community College. (14251 E Twelve Mile Rd, Warren, MI 48088)

We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes early. That will give you enough time to look around, check in children (if needed), grab a coffee or snack from our cafe and find your seat.

We have reserved parking spots marked and available for guests. You’ll see them on your right as soon as you pull into our parking lot.

Whatever you feel most comfortable in! Most people are dressed casually.

You can expect to be greeted at our welcome table just inside the front doors. There you’ll find a friendly face ready to answer any questions you may have and they’ll gladly direct you where you need to go. If you’d like us to be on the lookout for you, feel free to fill out this form.

YES! Our church family is made up of people from all different backgrounds. We all have messy stories, ongoing victories, and ongoing struggles. What unites us, in spite of all our differences, is that we have been changed by the powerful love of Jesus.

No matter your age, ethnicity, ability or background. No matter what questions you have or what your past experience with church has been: we pray you will find hope, transformation, and real community here.

Our honest answer: yes and no. We’re not a huge church, so yes, people may notice you, say “hello” and introduce themselves. Many first-time visitors enjoy the family-feel of our church and like being welcomed the first time they visit. At the same time, we have visitors almost every week, so it’s easy to “blend in”. We will never call you out or make you stand up during our gathering!

We’re glad you asked! Children of all ages are welcome in our main gathering. But we also have age-specific, developmentally appropriate environments for newborns through fifth grade every Sunday at both 9:45 and 11am. We also have Sunday morning classes and mid-week spiritual growth opportunities for teens!

Learn more about our kids classes and save time at check-in by registering your kids before your visit: newborn-preschool, K-5th.

Children of all ages are welcome in our 11am gathering!

We lead a “Next Steps” class a few times each year for anyone interested in church membership. It’s not really a “class”, just a casual opportunity for you to talk with our pastors and other people exploring membership, ask questions, share your faith story, and get an idea of what our church believes as well as what church membership means. Please reach out if you’re interested in Next Steps!
