From our neighbors to the nations.
Jesus gave us a mission and we encourage all of our members to get involved, starting right here in our own community.
Our Missions Ministry meets the third Tuesday of every month to serve our local community. Whether we’re meeting to make blankets for children in foster care, supporting our local refugee or homeless centers, or intentionally building relationships with our next-door neighbors—we believe missions can take many forms. So we answer Jesus’ call to invest our time and energy to build his Kingdom right here in Metro Detroit.
We also provide yearly programs like Upward Basketball and Vacation Bible School that welcome our community into our church to share the love and message of Jesus.
Jesus gave us a mission that extends far beyond our own community. We encourage all of our members to be involved and to support those who are going.
We provide ongoing support to like-minded organizations who work to get the good news of Jesus around the country and around the world. Partners like Operation Christmas Child, The International Mission Board, The North American Mission Board, Southern Baptist Disaster Relief, The Baptist State Convention of Michigan, FUGE Camps, to name a few. We also welcome the opportunity to discuss partnering together in prayer and financial support with missionary families and individuals who have decided to move overseas to serve in long-term ministry situations.
Go and make disciples.
